Mr. Calvin Morris A.K.A. "CINCINNATI"

Calvin Morris was born on December 31, 1956, to the union of Samuel and Sybil Morris in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his formal education within Milwaukee Public Schools. Throughout his early 20's, Calvin and his best friend played professional pool nationwide. This is how he inherited the nickname Cincinnati. Following the death of Big Larry, Cincinnati put down his pool stick and pursued a career in machine operations. In 1986, he earned his associate's degree in CNC programming. He was employed for many years by In-Place Machining Company, where he traveled throughout the United States and Canada. Cincinnati met Nicole Garcia in 1991, and the couple married in 2003. This union was blessed with a son, Aaron M. Morris, and a daughter, Jewel M. Morris. He also gained three bonus children, Tony M. Garcia, DeAngelo M. Garcia, and Antoine M. Garcia, all whom he loved and considered his own. Calvin gave his life to Christ in 2003 and was the first deacon at Gethsemane Garden Christian Fellowship. He retired from machinery in 2005, during his ongoing battle with kidney disease. However, that didn't stop Cincinnati from being the life of the party. He continued spreading words of wisdom and riding around the city in his Cadillac. Calvin's greatest joy came from fatherhood. He took pride in his children and grandchildren. He spent countless hours teaching, encouraging, and loving them. He was a man of honor and integrity. He always had a lesson to teach and kept it real no matter what. Cincinnati enjoyed spending much of his summers sitting at his sister Debbie's house. He often doted on their sibling camaraderie and fondly referred to her as his best friend. Calvin never let anyone, or anything, hold him back. Even in retirement, he said he wanted his bankroll treetop tailor not at all, and he would always end a phrase with, "Can you dig it?" Calvin Morris was born into eternal life on May 11, 2024. He was preceded in death by his: paternal grandparents, Ernest Morris and Carrie Bishop; maternal grandparents, Booker T. Hunt and Alfreda Hunt; father, Samuel Morris; mother, Sybil Morris; brother, Donald Morris; son, Tony M. Garcia; and nieces, Belinda Morris and Terwanna Bounds. He is survived by his: sons, Aaron M. Morris, Antione M. Garcia, and DeAngelo M. Garcia; daughter, Jewel Morris; grandchildren, Josiah M. Morris, Ava M. St. Morris, Kain G. Martina, Avery M. St. Morris, Amour D. Garcia, and Kross A. Garcia; brothers, Jerry (Hattie) Morris, Thomas Morris, and Timothy Morris; sisters, Patricia Bounds, Deborah Morris, Pamela Beck, and Lyntia Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
