Mr. Cedric Keith Jennings

Cedric K. Jennings was born on May 23rd, 1953, to the union of Malcolm and Clara Smith, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cedric was the 5th eldest child of 8. Cedric K. Jennings received his formal education at George Washington Carver High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, and furthered his education in Milwaukee, WI at MSOE where he received his certification in Applied Statistics for Quality. Cedric accepted Christ at a young age in New Orleans, and continued his walk with faith in Milwaukee, WI at Maranatha Christian Fellowship. Cedric K. Jennings was united in holy matrimony with Cheryl Ann Davis on June 29th, 1984, in Denver, Colorado. Cedric welcomed four children into this world; DeMonte Posey, Arthur Davis, Brandon Davis, and Cheresse Craig. Throughout the years Cedric worked at several companies where he was able to build close familial bonds and provide people from all over with his excellent customer service. He notably worked at Brady Corp. in Quality Control, and after his retirement worked at K&G fashions, where he was able to put his love for fashion and passion for helping people to great use. In his leisure time Cedric enjoyed sharing historical family stories, fellowshipping with friends and family, spending time with his animals, and during his younger years traveling across America with his family making lasting memories. Cedric dedicated a significant portion of his time to assist in the rearing of his grandchildren, which has left a positive impact in their lives. Cedric K. Jennings spent his final moments surrounded by the love of his family. On June 9th, 2026, God called Cedric to come home and to be reunited with his one true love, Cheryl Ann Jennings, his Cheri. Cedric is preceded in death by his wife Cheryl Ann Jennings, parents Malcolm and Clara Smith, siblings; Robert Banks, Vivian Williams, Gail Alexander, Donald Smith and Ernest Smith. Cedric leaves to cherish his memory his children, DeMonte Posey, Arthur M. Davis (Serena), Brandon K. Davis, and Cheresse R. Craig (Jahi). I O grandchildren Marquise Davis, Khyree Davis, Khyra Davis, KayLanie Jennings, Anthony Smalley-Jennings, Alexander Lewis, Kailey-Ann Lewis, Jaxon Craig, Messiah Davis, and Axton Craig. His siblings; Sharon Holmes and Edwin Smith, and his 31-year-old bird Zawadi.
