Mrs. Helen Mack

Helen Mack. was born September 19, 1929, the youngest of 5, to the union of the late Rafe Bryant and LueAnna Bell of Westfield, Alabama. Helen received her formal education at Paul William Dunbar High School in Bessemer, Alabama. She went on to further her education and work as an LPN for many years. At an early age, Helen accepted Christ as her personal Savior and she was a faithful member at Bethel Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Calvin L Bell, until her health no longer allowed her to attend on a weekly basis. Helen moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in December 2015 and soon after was untied with Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church under watch care of Pastor Martin Childs Jr. Helen met the love of her life, Jim Mack, and they were joined in holy matrimony until Jim's passing, to this union their daughter Evelyn Mack was born. As an enjoyment, "Tee Tee Helen"- as she's affectionately known to family, enjoyed singing at church, home or whenever asked, she loved quilting, shopping and cooking big meals for her family and friends. She was loving and caring and would share anything she had with friends. Helen had an affectionate laugh and smile that would draw people to her all the time. During her stay at Dycora Transitional Health & Living Facility, she met and created so many friends who will miss her dearly. Helen always had a kind word to share with others and she was always willing to help wherever needed. You will never find another like Helen. On August 31, 2019, Helen departed this earthly life for a heavenly life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Mack, daughter, Evelyn Mack, father Rafe Bryant, mother LueAnna Bryant, brother Richard Drake, sisters Luella Dallas and Mary lee Thomas. Sister in Laws Vivian Drake and Bertha Bryant and Brother in Law Mack Thomas. Helen leaves to cherish her memories: Brother Rafe Bryant, Milwaukee, WI. Nephews Joseph(Shirley) Dallas, John(Playdell) Dallas, Jimmy Crockett, Charles Dallas, Bryan Drake, Reese Drake, Milwaukee, WI, Billy Ray Hall, Detroit, MI and Ricky(Maria) Drake, Houston, TX. Nieces Eartha Clark, Loretta Dallas, Debra Dallas, Michele Drake, Alleah Drake and Connie Dallas, Milwaukee, WI and Phyllis (Chris) Morris, Houston TX, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
