Mr. Jerry Lee Dallas

Jerry Lee Dallas was born on November 25, 1964, in Milwaukee, WI to bis parents Eddie Lewis and Lorretta Dallas. Jerry received his formal education from the Milwaukee Public Schools System, where he attended Washington High School. Jerry loved life and he never met a stranger. Jerry accepted Christ as his savior and-joined in fellowship with Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, where he attended until his health no longer allowed him: to be able to attend church services. Jerry loved talking about our Savior, Jesus Christ, every time the opportunity presented itself to him. Jerry met the love of his life, Lekeyaha Ollie and they were united in holy matrimony on November 12, 2022. No children were born during this union, but they had 8 children and 11 grandchildren to call their own. They were inseparable, especially during the last months of his life. Jerry worked in many different fields during his lifetime as a school bus driver, custodian at nursing homes and Aurora. Jerry loved being around his grandchildren so much that he gave some of them special nicknames: Sha'mon (Fat Daddy), Layonni (Fatty Cakes), Malaya (Poo) and Summer (Itty Bitty). He cherished the moments he had with them each time. Jerry loved listening to music of different genres, he would sit in his car sometimes for hours just vibing to the music. Jerry had an infectious laugh that caused others around him to laugh, he loved life so much. He loved his family and his friends. He loved dressing up and looking good, which he got from his father Edward Lewis and his grandmother Luella Dallas. Many loved Jerry, and he win be dearly missed. Jerry departed this life on the evening of January 19,2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lewis and Loretta Dallas, son, Jonathan Dallas, grandparents, Jospeh and Luella Dallas, Walter Lewis, and Ada Mae Scott; aunt, Peggy Dallas, and favorite cousin, LaPonzo Dallas. Jerry leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Lekeyaha Dallas; daughters, Rene & Shannon Massey; sons, Charles (Shaneice) & Kevin Massey; stepchildren, Shakiyla Greene, Shariyah Greene, Shamik Ollie-Harris & William Greene Jr.; grandchildren, Mariah Dallas, Zelia Nelson, Kaden, Londyn, & Summer Massey, ; Sha'Mon Mixon-Massey, Charles Massey Jr, Layonni & Malaya Toombs, Kevin & Kamari Arnold; sisters, Freddie McCullough & Chassidy Lewis; brother, Chad (Stacie) Lewis of Houston, TX; Sister-In-Law, April (Lydell) Ollie-Ruffin, Brothers-In-Law, Eric Ollie, Jimmy (Connie) Ollie, Reginald Smith, Torrian Ollie; step- mom, Mildred Lewis; mother-in-law, Katherine Ollie; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
