The Story of Princess Layla One upon a time there was a beautiful Princess named Layla. She lived in a far away country called America in a city named Milwaukee. After a long cold winter, everyone was excited about spring and the anticipated arrival of two beautiful twins. Prince Larry and Princess Layla. The time came, the lilac trees were in full array and tulips were blossoming in color. Princess Layla made her arrival on April 11, 2011. Princess Layla lived with Queen Precious, Prince Octavion and Princess Naya. Princess Layla was so perfect and she had the cutest pose. Layla let her little light shine everywhere she went. "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." The little Princess would venture of each day to her favorite school; Grantosa Elementary School. She loved playing with her classmates in Room 164A. Princess Layla loved her favorite teacher Ms. Jessica Nettekoven; she always came home from school with a story to tell. Princess Layla who was known to many as "Lay-Lay" enjoyed riding her bike and playing with a baby dolls. She was the center of attraction when she would put on her Nana's high heel shoes and play dress up, parading around the house. During her quiet times, you would find Princess Layla in a corner on her tablet. Lay-Lay loved playing with her brothers and sister. She also enjoyed being with her family and her favorite cousin Trice. On October 1, 2014 the little Princess closed her eyes to get her beauty rest; when she awakened, there was a beautiful sweet chariot awaiting her, along with a band of Angels to carry her home. She has the biggest smile ever as she entered her Heavenly Palace. Princess Layla will be truly missed by all those who had the chance to be in the presence. She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving mother, Precious Kearney; father, Larry Murphy Jr.; her twin brother, Larry Murphy III; brother Octavion Nowell and sister, Naya Bennett; beloved grandparents, Ann Lawrence, Terry Lawrence, Veronica Semons and Larry Murphy Sr.; uncle, Montrell Bowen; favorite cousin, Trice Grandberry; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
