Mrs. Linda Lynnette Perkins

Linda Lynnette Perkins was born on August 19, 1969 to the union of Althea Belle Collins and Theodore Washington in Chicago, 1L She received her formal education at Wendell Phillip high school. She accepted Jesus Christ as her lord and savior at a young age. As an adult she served on the nurses committee at holy city missionary Baptist church in Springfield, 1L She later became a member of Bethel Baptist church in Milwaukee, WI. She continued to serve the lord until she transcended to her heavenly home. Linda was a giving soul and loved taking care of people. She enjoyed being an amazing mother to five children, cooking, dancing, singing, telling jokes, and church. She loved her career as a certified nursing assistant. She laughed all the time and really enjoyed making others laugh. She was the life of the party and loved being around her family. Linda later moved to Springfield, IL and was joined in holy matrimony with Joseph A. Booth. From that union, they had a daughter, Felisha Ann Booth. She later went on to marry Danny Rea Perkins. From that union they were blessed with four beautiful children Lisa Lynnette Perkins, Sharlet Jane Perkins, Amela Rea Perkins, and as she would say "her only begotten son, JJ Christopher David Perkins. Linda moved to Milwaukee in 2001 where she remained with her beautiful children until age 45, when she was called home on May 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Theodore Washington; he eldest brother Louis Charles Liddell; her brother Raphael Washington; her baby brother Threymond Washington; and her first grandchild, a baby girl, Chanelle Lynnette Love. She leaves to cherish her memory: her five children; Felisha, Lisa, Sharlet, Amela, and Christopher; five grandchildren Dezavier, Devaughn, Nicholas, Khalise, and rocky JR. all of Milwaukee WI. Her mother Aletha Belle Washington; seven sisters: Patricia Liddell, Diane Washington, Carolyn Washington, margarita Washington, Tatrina Washington, Melody Washington, and Keyonna Washington; ten brothers Winfred Liddell, Johnny Liddell, Keith Washington, Jeffery Washington, Michael Washington, James (Rashee) Washington, Anthonio Washington, terry Washington, Anthony Washington, and Theodore Washington JR. all of Milwaukee, WI., Springfield, IL, Cleveland, OB., Chicago, IL, and Mississippi. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and very special love Ronald E woods and a close father- like friend Minister Jimmy Evans and many more dear friends.
