MARY SHARON WALLACE was born on September 20th, 1966, blessing the union of James Fredrick and Doris Arleen Schmiechen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mary was the only and youngest girl of a family of 4 other boys. Educated in the Milwaukee and Oneida Public School Systems, Mary attended Louisa May Alcott Elementary in Milwaukee and graduated from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua, Wisconsin, finishing her formal education at the University of Wisconsin - Waukesha in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Mary also was a youth member of the American Legion (Wisconsin Chapter) for two years. Accepting Christ as her Savior early in life, Mary found peace in the Catholic faith as a child. Married first to Robert Sanders Jr., Mary was blessed with 2 children, but later finding true love in one Mr. Andrew Blount. The love of her life, Drew was with Mary for the last 7 years of her life, being her longest lasting relationship. Mary was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 20+ years, working at Clement Manor for 6 years before her illness. A committed member of Narcotics Anonymous, Mary served as a sponsor for successfully helping herself and others get and stay clean. Mary loved reading, country music, video poker, attending school, taking care of her kids and grands, fishing and attending theatrical plays. But above all, Mary was a notorious lover of football and was devoted to both her Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. You can still hear her say, "Don't worry about it, enjoy the ride!" THEN, ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 16TH, 2015 Mary Wallace wrote the last chapter of her book, leaving her legacy of love to be carried on by her beloved Andrew Blount; her dear parents of life, James & Doris Schrniechen; her children -- 2 adored daughters, Jennifer Carson and Valerie (Angel) Degro with her only begotten son Robert (Avigon Crittendon) Sanders; 13 treasured grandchildren Arianna Carson, Brandon Carson - Oliver, Jeremiah Carson - Sims and Desiriah Carson-Mitchell; Alexsiah Vespalec, Aiyanah Degro, Angel Degro, Nicole Sanders, Na'Kari Sanders, Damani Sanders, Ambrea Sanders, Robert Sanders Jr., Deavigon Sanders and Royalty Sanders; her 4 devoted brothers: Marty Schmiechen, Jimmy Schmiechen, Robert Schmiechen and John Schmiechen; 4 biological siblings: Bill Majkowski, Terry Majkowski, Craig Majkowski and Shirley Smart, with biological parents Nate Dukes and Ruth Majkowski. Mary also leaves a host of cherished nephews, nieces and . other loving family and friends. Mary was preceded in death by: her beloved "Honey-Nanny", grandmother Ann Vernisz; brother, John Schmiechen, Grandson, Royalty Sanders and biological grandmother (maternal), Ruth Majkowski .
