Ms. Minnie Lou Robbins

Minnie Lou obbins Legacy Minnie Lou Robbins was the youngest beloved child born on June 12, 1952 to the union of the late Arthur Robbins and Minnie Mae Tarvin Robbins of Blacksher, Alabama. Minnie accepted Christ as her Savior at a young age and united with Tate Creek Baptist Church. Minnie received her formal education within the Baldwin County school system, and graduated from Baldwin County High School in Bay Minette, Alabama. After high school she followed her dreams and moved to Milwaukee,Wisconsin, where she started her work career and family. She was blessed with two children. Letisha Nicole and Quincy Johnson. Minnie was employed at Astronautics where she served dutifully from 1990 until her health started to decline. She was an active member of the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher under the leadership of the late Pastor Dr.Donnie Sims. Later in life she moved back to Alabama for a couple of years to be closer to family. In her leisure time , she and family members enjoyed social gatherings, cookouts,going to church, shopping , and traveling. As a result of her generous and caring nature she decided to return to Milwaukee to be closer to her son and grandchildren. Minnie's goal was to return to Alabama in June to visit family and share more happy moments . But God had other plans. She was a fun and loving person and never met a stranger. Her smile and realness brightened up any room and everywhere she went. Minnie was called into eternal Sunday, May 23, 2021 at St. Joseph hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Arthur Robbins and Minnie Mae Tarvin Robbins, her beloved brothers, Andrew and Ernest Robbins, her dearest sisters Bertha Robbins Barnes and Arthurine Robbins Shoemore, her cherished husband Gussie Johnson, Jr. and her adored daughter, Letisha Nicole Robbins Seals. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her one beloved son, Quincy Johnson, and her loving grandchildren: Jasmine Patterson, Brandy Robbins, Nia Robbins and JuJuan Robbins of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her life will also be cherished by her caring sisters: Adline Tate and Clara Cox of Bay Minette, Alabama, and Daisy Tunstall (Major Tunstall) of Tensaw , Alabama. A devoted great-niece/sister, Vickie Robbins of Bay Minette, Alabama. A special childhood friend, Ms. Helen Marshall of Abilene,Texas . A host of beloved nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. We will always remember her smile, laughter, wittiness and kindness until we meet again.
