Mr. Rondel Samuel McElvain

The Life of Rondel Samuel McElvain Rondel Samuel McElvain was born on July 13th, 1948 to the union of parents; Roland Richardson and Modestine McElvain in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Rondel received his early education at Orchard Knob Elementary School and continued his education graduating in 1966 from Riverside High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Rondel attended Cleages Chapel African Methodist Episcopal (AM.E) Zion Church with his grandmother Nina Richardson where he was sprinkled as a child. After his move to Milwaukee, Wisconsin Rondel attended King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church where he was baptized May 3rd, 1981. Several years later he rededicated his life to Christ December 13th, 1998. Before leaving Chattanooga, Tennessee he was gainfully employed by the Mueller Company. After moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his father, he landed ajob at Caterpillar where he worked for more than 20 years. After the closure of Caterpillar Rondel worked for Ventura Foods, for 10 years located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Rondel Samuel McElvain was united in holy matrimony with Rosalyn Hamilton on April 17th, 1981 in Milwaukee, WI. Their union was blessed with one child: Alexander Hamilton McElvain. Rondel was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed watching all sports, basketball being his favorite, reading the newspaper, going fishing, and spending time with his family and close friends. Rondel Samuel McElvain was preceded into glory by his parents, Roland & Modestine McElvain, and grandparents Samuel and Nina Richardson. He leaves to cherish his memories; his loving and devoted wife, of 3 3 years, Rosalyn Hamilton McElvain, five children; Zandra (Antione) Joshua of Tennessee, Daryl (Rohndi) McElvain of Wisconsin, Younda (Jenuaine) Parsons of Tennessee, Ashunta Hamilton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Alexander McElvain of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren; Dexter, Christopher, Lavander, Tamara, Ebony, Melanie, Shayla, Khennedi, and Londyn; one great-grand child; Kenya, three sisters; Melanie McElvain Koon and Carolyn Tyler both of Tennessee, Deborah Fuller of Los Angeles and two brothers; Dubois Poole of Los Angeles and Roland "Chucky" McElvain of Tennessee; aunt; Ann "Aunt Doucie" English; uncle; Uncle Samuel Watkins Jr.; father-in-law Charles Lexington Hamilton Sr. and a host of nieces and nephews, family and close friends.
