Mrs. Shirley Faye Lee

Shirley, along with Patricia (Waukegan, Illinois) and Larry (deceased) were born to Arthur King and Lula Mae Efoyd in Rock Island, Illinois. Arthur King and the children moved to Dermott, Arkansas for a few years. After some time in Dermott, Arthur and the children moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In Milwaukee, Arthur King married Theresa Boyd. These two formed a blended family of Patricia, Shirley and Larry and Theresa children Helen and Carolyn. To this great union were born Karemah, Tracey, Maria, Mark and Marvin. One deceased sister Renee. This created one huge happy family. Shirley Faye also has two brothers Ricky Wright and Marty Lewis (Reno, Nevada). Shirley Faye accepted the Lord as her Savior at an early age growing up at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church (Milwaukee, WI). Her mother Theresa was extremely instrumental in instilling the Love of the Lord and prayer into the daily lives of all the children. Shirley received most of her education in Milwaukee, WI graduating from Rufus King High School. She received an associate degree from MATC-Milwaukee Campus. Shirley Faye was a card carrying licensed beautician. Shirley Faye Lee had many jobs throughout her life. She worked in a beauty shop and her own home salon. She retired from Milwaukee County as a corrections officer in 2004. She then went on to care for her granddaughters Lauren "Pumpkin" and Laticia "Peaches". But it didn't end there. She went on to work at the Milwaukee Public Market, where she was loved by all that knew her. She then went on and retired again after many years of service. Shirley Faye was united in holy matrimony to George Allen Lee. To this union three children were born, Leslie Lorraine Lee (Milwaukee, WI), George Allen Lee Jr. (Minneapolis, MN) and Jacques Raymone Lee (Minot, NO). All whom will miss her more than words could ever express. Shirley Faye Lee was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Curtis King, Theresa King and Lula Mae Boyd. Sister Karemah Farrakhan and Brother Larry Curtis King. She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, grandchildren Emerald Lee, Comeco Ghoston, Kymus Ghoston, Isabella Lee, Javon Lofton, Lauren Lee, Love Lee and Laticia King. Great Grandson Eddie Lee Smith III affectionately known as Trey. Whom she cared for till her last days. A special cousin Elaine SacKett,(Richard) of Bella Vista, Arkansas. Whom she was extremely close to since childhood into adulthood. A host of family and Friends will surely miss Shirley Faye Lee ... Ms. Faye ... Ms. Lee .... Tiny and MA. Just a few names she was affectionately called.
