Mr. Tony M. Moreland

A Time To Be Born Tony Michael Moreland was born March 8, 1957 to the parents of Edward and Eula Moreland. A Time To Live The Lord is my light and my salvation, Tony confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church of Dumas, Arkansas, under the leadership of the late Reverend CC Miller. As a young adult he was very active in church and served on the Usher Board. After moving to Milwaukee, his quest for eternal life remained kindled, He united with the Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Russell B. Williamson. At Zion Hill he began driving the church van, serving on the Deacon Board, and in 2009 he became Chairman of the deacon board. He also served on the Church Anniversary Committee, Scholarship Committee, Zion Hill Men's Mlinistry and Missionary Society (The Moore Ruth Circle). He was recently honored by Wisconsin Layman's Association. A Time of Purpose Tony attended Dumas High School in Dumas, Arkansas. After graduating from high school he attended the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff (UAPB) where he received his Bachelor's. He also lettered in football while attending college. Still seeking to expand his knowledge for education Tony attended Milwaukee Area Technical College. A Time To Work For a number of years, Tony began working at the Arkansas Department of Corrections in Arkansas. After moving to Milwaukee he then started working for North Shore Health Care Center, in Milwaukee. He also shared his athletic ability with Milwaukee Public School System. Afterwards he began working with Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Environmental Services, a job he was so passionate about. After the hospitals merging, he became Assistant Director and was respected by all. Tony loved to travel along with his wife and children. He never failed to talk with them about the goodness of the Lord, family values, and enjoying life to the fullest. While traveling to many destinations, Tony decided that he would just start his own traveling agency. His love for photography and videography always remained a professional part of his life. His business, REEL 2 REEL Photography & Videography LLe., was admired by all who called upon him both near and far. Along with his wife, they also produced television shows, and when the work load got heavy he reached out and shared with other photographers whom he knew and trusted to do a professional job. A Time To Be Reborn Tony was born into eternal life on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. He was preceded in death by both parents; his brothers, Jerry, Nathaniel, Algene, Edward; and sister, Naomi. A Tine To Preserve loving Memories Tony united in holy matrimony to Patsy, his middle school/high school sweetheart for 49 years and to this union (2) children were born, Teryn and Quentin Moreland. He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his devot- ed, caring and loving wife, Patsy Moreland, two children; Teryn Antwun (Takela) Moreland of White Hall, AR. Quentin Dion Moreland of Seattle, WA; a special daughter, Ashley Bradford of Racine, WI; grandchildren, Takyia, Taniya, Teryn Jr, Destiny, and Quentin Jr.; sibling John Ella Parker, Thomas (Queen) Moreland, Charles (Bobbie) Phillips all of Milwaukee, WI, and Carol Kiper of Las Vegas, NV; sister-in-law, Ingrid Moreland of Milwaukee, WI; special nephew, Larry (Vicki) Moreland of Omaha, NE; brothers and sisters-in-laws, William Parker Jr., Anthony Parker, Glenda Moore, Doris/Melvin Douglas, Karen/Don Jasper, Lois/Ron Grotzinger; his mother-in-law, Linnie Parker, all whom he loved dearly; and a host of loving nieces and nephews; cousins, extended family members, countless friends and coworkers. Tony's love for all never failed, he touched so many lives. His Zion Hill Church Family held a very special place in his heart.
