Mr. Durrell "Tank" Cordarius Cook

May 10, 1988 - November 2, 2021

Durrell Cordarias Cook was born on May 10, 1988, to the union of Terrell Cook Sr. and Patricia Hackett in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Durrell received his formal education in the Milwaukee Public School System, graduating from Washington High School. Durrell accepted Christ into his life at an early age. Durrell was gainfully employed at Batteries Plus as a Package Handler. He enjoyed being a part of the Jungle Boyz and the Blue Ribbon Music Organization. In his leisure, you could find Durrell working on his music, writing lyrics, or spending time with his daughters or brothers. Durrell loved spending quality time with his close friends and family and looked forward to the holidays to gather with loved ones. Life should be measured not by the number of years, but rather by the love shared, the memories made, the joy given, and the blessings received. Durrell's life was full, and his arms reached many. On November 2,2021, God, in His infinite wisdom, transitioned Durrell from his earthly home to his heavenly home. His legacy will live on through all whom lives he touched. He was preceded in death by grandmothers, Daisy Hackett, Norma Lowe, Grandfathers, Robert Hackett Sr., Stanford Cook Sr. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving parents, Patricia Hackett, Terrell Cook Sr, mother of Durrell's children, Danielle Hayes; children, Imani Cook, Khalant Cook, Giani DeLaRosa; brothers, Montrell (Tiffany) Maclin, Terrell (Evelyn) Cook Jr., Larell Noble; sisters, Tatayana Cook, Sharell Cook; nanceo, Adanike Eiland; nieces, Reagan, Taylor, Yesenia, Kamijah; nephews, Davion, Nasir, Jaleu.
