Mr. Chezray Ramon Young

Chezray Ramon Young was born on November 15, 1995 to Remona Lynette Charles and Edward Earl Young. From the age of six months old up until his departure, Chezray had another whom he knew as dad, Edward Nathaniel King. Chezray Ramon Young was baptized at the age of six "I want to be a Pastor and wear suspenders just like Pastor Todd" he said as to why he was ready to be baptized. Afraid of water yet determined, Chezray practiced baptizing himself so that came baptism time, he wouldn't be afraid of water. That was the heart of a young kid who was so quiet, humble, mannerable and compassionate about attending church and playing the drums. Chezray attended several schools in Wisconsin with his last one being South Milwaukee Senior High where he played football and basketball until his move to Arizona, during his senior year. The move challenged Chezray because of different state requirements however, he was determined to finish strong. He ultimately ended up attending Sun-Diamondbacks Education Academy to prepare to take what is known as the AIMES test, a requirement per Arizona State. He accomplished that and received his High School Diploma. The Air Force was his destination however, he didn't want to leave his mother and younger brother and sister to tend alone so he waivered in what to do next. He finally found what he wanted to do and that was to go to college to pursue a career in sports management so he could help manage his baby brother to whom "he has so much potential" and "I have to help steady his course." Chezray often assisted his younger brother's school's athletic department to which he played for. Chezray was a very quiet young man that really did not talk much. He would give you the brightest smile ever though. When he did talk, things he would say would encourage you or make you feel better. He was a humble young man, a respectable young man, a loving young man, a smooth young man, a funny young man, an encouraging young man, an expensive young man, a supportive young man as well as a man who knew his existence was from a man of God's perspective to which he was raised and shaped. Though Chezray's life was cut short at the age of 20, he made an impact and left an impartation on all those who knew him and came into contact with him. What he enjoyed most was his ability to communicate with his mother about the things that troubled him and the things that warred at his spirit. "Mom, thanks for the open door policy" he would say. ''Thanks for our time to which you allowed us to tell about all the wrong things we did and said. Thanks for being an awesome mom." Chezray Ramon Young leaves to cherish his memory an extensive family both bloodline and blended, too many to name. He leaves to cherish in his memories, his mother, Remona Lynette Charles, his father, Edward Earl Young (Milwaukee), his dad, Edward Nathaniel King (Milwaukee) his grandmothers, Marguerite L. Walker (William) and Annie-Mae King, his sisters, Tottyiuna Damona King, Marshai Young, Narissa Young, Tiria Phillip and Basia Booker and, his brothers, Roman Nathaniel King and Jalen Holliman. He leaves to cherish a host of aunties (Cobbs-Miller, King, Thornton, Quinn and Young), a host of uncles (Charles, King and Walker). He leaves to cherish a host of cousins and friends. He would say to his amigo's, his cousins, Brad Newman, Devonte Charles and Albert Charles, finish in your doings.
