Mrs. Hob Pate

Hob Pate, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away on January 30th, 2024 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was born on June 10th, 1944 in Burriram, Thailand to proud parents whose love and guidance shaped her into the remarkable women she became. Hob's life was a testament to resilience and determination. She faced many challenges throughout her life but always approached them with unwavering strength and grace. Her spirit was unbreakable; her heart overflowing with compassion for those around her. In her early years, Hob's adventurous nature led her to explore different paths before settling down, to start a family of her own. Her dedication as a loving and devoted mother knew no bounds. The love she shared with her children created an unshakable foundation while providing endless support and encouragement. As a mother to Jerry Jr, Gerard, and Satien Pate, Hob instilled values of kindness, integrity, and hard work that will continue to resonate through generations. She took great pride in watching each of them grow into exceptional individuals who carry forward the legacy of love that he so deeply cherished. Hob had an infectious smile that could light up any room; it was impossible not to be drawn in by his warmth and genuine nature. Her presence brought comfort during times of sorrow and joy during moments of celebration - leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her passion for life extended beyond the walls of home as well; Hob found solace in simple pleasures like gardening or sharing stories over a cup of coffee with friends old or new. His generosity knew no limits - always willing to lend an ear or offer assistance without hesitation. The loss of such a remarkable soul leaves behind an irreplaceable void within our hearts. She is preceded by her son Gerard Pate. She will be cherished in memory by: her children Jerry Jr. and Satien; grandchildren Adon, Antaya, and Kendrick; and great grandson Adam Ill. However, we find solace knowing that Hob's memory will live on through the countless lives she touched along the way. Though we mourn today at this profound loss - let us also celebrate the beautiful life lived by Hob Pate: A women whose impact will forever echo through time immemorial.
