Mr. Myron Edward Reed

Myron Edward Reed born on June 16"', 1947, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the first of ten children, a son, born to the union of Edward and Evelyn Reed. Myron received his basic education in the Muskogee School System, after graduating from-high school; he joined the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged as Sgt. Myron Edward Reed. After moving to Milwaukee Myron was employed at various places, the latest at Christ The King working in maintenance. After joining Christ The King, he devoted time to the Lord, Myron joined the usher ministry where lie faithfully served until his health began to fail. Myron met, fell in love and was united in holy matrimony to the love of his life, Brenda Gatson. The two made a beautiful couple, they were inseparable and deeply in love. One of the highlights in his marriage was the special cruise they took celebrating their tenth anniversary. Myron was a very loving and compassionate person, if you needed anything he was the person to go to! He enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling and participating in sports such as softball, bowling, and darts .' Myron was loved and he will be dearly missed, early Sunday morning July 21,2024 with his darling wife at his side, he went home to be with the Lord. Myron was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Evelyn Reed; three brothers, Bobby, Leonard, and Joseph also his awesome darling sister- in law Judy D. Highshaw. Many precious memories will always be locked into the hearts of many survivors especially his devoted wife, Brenda; four sons, Myron jr. (Edita), Mario (Mary), Equone and Larry; siblings, Gloria (Iohn) Rossi of Garland, Texas, Marsha (Albert)Johnson of Arlington, Texas, Kim and Cormell Reed of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Forest Reed of Trague, Oklahoma, special brother-in-law, Stanley Gaston; Five grandchildren and six great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends, and Christ The King Saints. 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
