Mr. Ronnie Dee Robbins

Ronnie Dee Robbins was born on January 16, 1953, to the union of Penny and Eli Robbins in Milwaukee, WI. Ronnie remained in Milwaukee until his final transition. Ronnie entered this world boldly and brightly, with his twin brother, Roger Robbins. As twins. Ronnie and Roger had a special bond. They enjoyed carpentry, fishing, and fellowshipping. They shared a once in a lifetime brotherly love, and Ronnie will be greatly missed. Ronnie received his formal education within the Milwaukee Public School System. He later earned a certification in machine operations from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Ronnie was employed with various companies, but he excelled when he started his own carpentry business. Ronnie was a master in carpentry; he could fix anything from a leak to a roof. With him it truly was, "One Call, That's Ail". Ronnie began his spiritual journey as a Christian and fellow shipped at True Love Apostolic Church. Ronnie had a deep and abiding faith in God. He believed in God's will for this life. On a fateful day in 1978, Ronnie met the love of his life, Linda Lega. While working on his car, Ronnie spotted Linda out of the corner of his eye. Linda noticed Ronnie too. After a setup from friends, Ronnie and Linda went on a date. Three weeks later, they moved in together. They remained inseparable until Ronnie's death. Ronnie was beloved by many. You'd catch him at every family event with a camera. He was the picture man. His ability to capture a moment will be appreciated for generations to come. Ronnie was the true life of the party. You'd always catch him with a smile and a warm welcome. "Uncle Ronnie" to his many nieces and nephews, was known for a good laugh and a fun fish fry. In his leisure, Ronnie loved fishing and cooking for those he loved. On Sunday, October 30, 2022, at 11 :30 am, Ronnie Robbins departed this life with his family at his bedside. He was preceded in death by: parents, Penny and Eli Robbins; daughter, Tomika Robbins; sister, Elaine Stallworth; and brothers, Jeffrey Robbins and Carl Ferguson Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory: loving and devoted wife, Linda Robbins; sons, Rodney Robbins, Van Trotter, and Vance Trotter; baby girl, Kenya Johnson; siblings, Theresa (James) Morton, Roger Robbins, Janice Robbins, Karl (Mary) Robbins, and Lisa Jefferson; grandchildren, Tomika Robbins, Rodney Robbins III, Raquentez Woodley, Tequazia Robbins, Collianna Robbins, Sandra Robbins, Nadia Robbins, Kollione Robbins, Tionna Trotter, Van Trotter, Von Trotter; a host of great grandchildren; special niece, Penny "Coco" Cinerom; childhood friend, Willie "8ay" Oliver; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
