Ms. Rose Mary Rucker

Rosemary "Rosie" Rucker was born on September 12,1957 to the union of Oscar and Mary Rolland in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rosie was a graduate of North Division High School "The Blue Devils" in the Milwaukee Public School System. Rosie accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She confessed her faith in Jesus Christ as her Savior. She trusted the Lord and believed in eternal life. Rosie was employed by the Private Client Reserve at U S. Bank as a Wealth Management Associate for twenty years. Rosie processed day to day transactions for high networking clients. One of Rosie's high networking clients was Herb Kohl. He would offer Rosie his suite to show his appreciation to certain events at the Bradley Center. Rosie was designated as the Party Planner because she was the "Life of the Party." Rosie loved working for U S. Bank and her co-workers loved her. They were more than just co-workers, they were family. Rosie was a servant with a servant heart. Rosie had a genuine heart with a giving spirit. Wherever she went she took the gift God gave her and shared it with everyone she met. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She loved being a Granny to her baby girl, her heart, Ayania, who she would do anythingfor. She was a devoted daughter who took care of both of her parents until the Lord called her daddy home. She was a wonderful sister. Every holiday she would give her sisters personal cards from the heart and gifts that you could use daily and treasure forever. Rosie loved to cook and the presentation was the most important thing to her. It didn't matter what time of day it was Rosie was always cooking a mealfor her family. Her famous dishes were mac n cheese, crab dip, pig in a blanket, ham & turkey sandwiches and banana pudding. Rosie loved her special times with the girls. She loved the trips with the girls from work, the cruises with family and friends, family reunion trips, dancing, laughing and enjoyed her time with her family. Rosie had a special place in her heart for her brother-n-law Lenny and made sure all his special meals were prepared; which turned him into her guinea pig. He loved everything she prepared. Rosie had a one of a kind sister love for her sister Carolyn that blossomed over the years. They were always together. The saying go'es you heard Carolyn and you saw Rosie. On August 19, 2013, Heaven received the best culinary cook, entertainer, fun, beautiful, & compassionate women there was. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Mary Rolland, daughter Bertina Rucker, God son John S Williams (Mookie), two grandchildren Ayania Glover and Kihere Zuberi, one brother Michael Taylor of Milwaukee, WI, three sisters Rosie Hardrick of Milwaukee, WI, Carolyn Ward of Milwaukee, WI, Deborah (Lenaton) Brooks of Bossier City, LA; nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great-great nieces and nephews a host of cousins, relatives andfriends; special long life friends Nadine, Abby, Doris and Maureen. There will be a big void in our family with the passing of Rosie. She will be missed. We love you Rosie. You can now rest in your daddy's arms.
