Mr. Terrance "Tat" Townsell

Terrance 'Tat' Townsell was born on May 28,1989 to the union of Denise Townsell and Edward Johnson in Milwaukee, WI. Terrance received his formal education from the Milwaukee Public School System, and he was definitely a class clown. Even in his adult years we could still count on him to keep us laughing with jokes. We will miss his infectious laughter. Terrance enjoyed football and spend time with his family and friends. He loved to teach his kids things, he was super excited when he taught TJ how to swim. Terrance started his rap career when he got out of school. This is actually what introduced his love for Deejaying. Tat always said he would be a star and that we could not tell him anything when he finally made it in his first movie. F'Em Up Tat is where his brand started. Shortly after he started his children's brand with "Fresh EM Up Tat'. Tat was known to be the hottest DJ in the city from booking shows, touring from city to city. He was the most excited when he performed for the 2024 All-Star weekend! He could turn a party up. Terrance loved his sisters and was hard on them, except for his little sister who had him wrapped around her finger. He was a great father to his 4 kids, a wonderful son to his mom, a great friend, brother, cousin, and fiance to the love of his life, Tamara. Terrance Townsell departed his life on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024. Terrance was preceded in death by his father, Edward Johnson, grandparents, Barbara Townsell and Robert Jones. His great grandparents, Odessa and Lewis Jordan, and lastly, his cousin Dominique Jordan. Terrance leaves to cherish his memory: his fiance, Tamara Johnson, his mother Denise, his sisters, Tametria, Jacquline, and Destine; his uncle, Anthony, his aunt Christine; his brother and best friend Kenderious Sylvester; his beloved children, Aliyah, Terrance, Aniyah, and Tatum; and a host of family and friends. John 14:1-4: Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to place where I am going."
