Mr. Tommy Wade

Tommy Lee Wade was born August 4th, 1955 to Walter Lee and Lula Mae Wade being the eighth of thirteen children. As a child, Tommy grew up in Forrest City, AR and carried the nicknames of Floyd, Ophelia, Bart, Sweet Daddy of the North and Steward Little. Tommy went to school in Marianna, AR and graduated from Lee Senior High School in 1974. Tommy enjoyed numerous activities including fishing, bowling, and spendmg quality time with his family. Tommy confessed Christ at an early age at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Haynes, AR. In 1974, Tommy relocated to Milwaukee Wisconsm where he met the love of his life, Gwen Williams. In June of 1984, Tommy and Gwen united in holy matrimony and in June of 1985, one child was born Brandon Maurice Wade. Tommy was rebaptized and became a member of The New Restoration Church in Milwaukee, WI under the leadership of Dr. Wesley Carter. In 1974, Tommy worked at Faulk Corporation for eleven years, Shady Green Lane for four years and T and H for twenty years. On April 27th, 2020 God dispatched an angel to St. Luke Hospital in Milwaukee, WI where Tommy spent the remaming last few minutes of his life. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Walter Lee Wade Sr., Lula Mae Wade; two brothers, Walter Lee Wade Jr., Willard (Peewee) Wade; Father-in-law, Clarence Williams; four brother -in-laws, Clarence Taper, Jimmie Joshua, Floyd Figures and Mark Williams. Tommy leaves to cherish in his memory a beautiful wife of thirty-five years Gwen Wade; one child of Dallas Tx, Brandon Maurice Wade (Dr. Cynetta Wade); two handsome grand- sons Caden M. Wade and Cristian M. Wade; one beautiful granddaughter Bria M. Wade; one mother-in-law Clotee Williams of Milwaukee, WI; six brothers Ivory Wade ( Nettie) of Beloit, WI, Wilbert Wade, Robert Wade (Linda) of Milwaukee, WI, Larry Wade (Annie), William Wade, Lonnie Wade ( Vicki) of Forrest City AR; two brother -in-laws Rev. Williams (Jugy), Larry Williams of Milwaukee, WI; Four sisters Velma Truman of Minnesota, Rosie Donner and Joyce Hayes of Milwaukee, WI and Joann Norris ( Carl) of Little Rock, AR; three sister-in-laws Beverly Taper, Mollie Blount (RW), Maggie Davis (Anthony) of Milwaukee, WI and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
